We are on the lookout for an experienced hands-on Executive Chef to lead the group.  

This growing group currently operates 11 well-established venues across Australia.With a strong following of patrons, the successful candidate needs to be focused, lead and train a diverse team, have strong financials and have the ability to scale with the business. 

Experience in restaurants is a must along with having worked in a group role. You need to familiar with Sichuan cuisine, with no less than 8 years experience. Prize winning chefs also recommended to apply.

You need to be available to work across Australia, and be on the pans managing and leading your brigades from within. Menu design, cogs, supplier relations, recruitment, training, rostering and developing the head chefs in each venue are all part of position scope. 

**Note this role will be full-time.
